Model boat kit
RMS Titanic
Kit by Occre
RMS Titanic was the White Star Line liner that sank on her maiden voyage in April 1912 after striking an iceberg. She was built by Harland and Wolff in Belfast as the second of the Olympic class, about 269 m long, and more than 1,500 people died in the sinking.
Occre's 1:300 kit (ref. 14009) is built from laser cut hardwood sheets with photo etched brass, zamak castings and cotton rigging. The model is 896 mm long, and Occre estimates about 600 hours to build it.
What building a RMS Titanic actually takes
Medians from the build logs kept on this site, not the designer’s estimate. Nobody has logged this boat here yet, so they are empty until the first builder does.
Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
