JVX
Built by Carolina Skiff
A light, shallow-V utility skiff, the smallest and simplest of the range. Flat deck, bench seating, modest outboard power and a hull that will get into very little water.
Carolina Skiff build in Waycross, Georgia and have made their name on simple, flat or shallow-V fiberglass hulls with very little in them to go wrong, which is also what makes them a common base for owners who fit out a boat to suit themselves.
What building a JVX actually takes
Medians from the build logs kept on this site, not the designer’s estimate. Nobody has logged this boat here yet, so they are empty until the first builder does.
Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
