Snipe
Built by Snipe Class
William Crosby drew her in 1931 for a magazine, to be built at home from plans, and tens of thousands were. A fifteen and a half foot two-person racer with an international class that has never gone quiet, and a great many wooden hulls still being put right.
What building a Snipe actually takes
Medians from the build logs kept on this site, not the designer’s estimate. Nobody has logged this boat here yet, so they are empty until the first builder does.
Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
