Tahoe 23
Designed by Glen-L Marine
The 22 ft 9 in version of Glen-L Marine's Tahoe classic mahogany runabout, styled on the domestic and European runabouts of the late 1950s and early 1960s, with rolled deck edges, a forward-inclined transom and a clipper bow, and a hull shape that carries larger engines and higher speeds. Cold-molded wood and epoxy planking.
A large cold-molded runabout with a show finish at the end. Budget 1,300 to 2,200 hours. Real hours from logged builds show below.
What building a Tahoe 23 actually takes
Medians from the build logs kept on this site, not the designer’s estimate. Nobody has logged this boat here yet, so they are empty until the first builder does.
Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
