A 22 ft 9 in open outboard fishing boat by Sam Devlin, the center console version of the Pelicano 23, which also comes as a cabin Bassboat and a covered-helm Shrimper. The fully open cockpit leaves room for fighting big fish and carrying bulky gear. Beam is 8 ft 5 in, draft about 12.6 in loaded, 2,300 lb dry with engine and battery, and the page lists a 150 hp outboard.
Stitch and glue over eight bulkheads and two longitudinals, with scarfed panels, a second plywood layer laminated onto the bottom and two layers of cloth in epoxy. The designer's own figure for the Pelicano 23 is 700 to 900 hours, and the open layout should sit toward the low end. Real hours from logged builds are below.
