Row Sail Power Combo
Designed by Vintage Projects
This page bundles two free vintage plans for small skiffs, the main one a sea skiff drawn for the man who likes to fish and intended to be rowed, driven by an outboard or an air-cooled inboard, or rigged to sail. Under sail the article calls it dry, light and quick in a good breeze, and it is meant to be usable on any water.
The skiff is built over forms, which makes it practical to turn out one boat or several, and is planked in waterproof plywood that the article says stays tight even after drying out in the sun. A clever framing scheme is credited with the boat's strength. No dimensions appear on the page, so the free plans need checking for size. A second, simpler skiff plan is included with it.
What building a Row Sail Power Combo actually takes
Medians from the build logs kept on this site, not the designer’s estimate. Nobody has logged this boat here yet, so they are empty until the first builder does.
Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
