Hacker-Craft Runabout
Built by Hacker Boat Co.
John L. Hacker drew hulls that other builders copied, and the boats carrying his name are prized above almost anything else afloat for the way they look and the way they run. Built in Michigan and later Upstate New York, with the company still going today. Restoring one is a long job on a boat worth the length of it.
What building a Hacker-Craft Runabout actually takes
Medians from the build logs kept on this site, not the designer’s estimate. Nobody has logged this boat here yet, so they are empty until the first builder does.
Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
