A 7.3 m offshore centre console from Mark Bowdidge of Bowdidge Marine Designs in Australia, the middle of his Pro Tournament range. She is strip plank composite with 25 degrees of deadrise, a 2.5 m beam and about 412 mm of draft. Designed displacement is 2,200 kg loaded, fuel capacity 400 litres, and a single 250 to 300 hp outboard is quoted at around 50 knots. Standard features include a livewell, toilet and walk-through transom.
The 31-sheet plan set, 18 of them full-size pattern sheets, indicates the scale of the job. A determined amateur can do it, ideally with a smaller epoxy project already behind them.
