A 25 ft 11 in trailerable cruising sloop from Glen-L Marine in one-off fiberglass, C-Flex planking or foam sandwich, with a choice of ballasted centerboard or fixed keel. Standing headroom, berths for four or five, a full galley and a concealed outboard well or a small inboard. Full-size patterns, no lofting. Glen-L publish a draft of 2 ft 6 in.
She floats on a waterline of 22 ft 6 in. Sail area is Main - 120 sq ft. Displacement is 4200 lb. Headroom below is 6'-2", 5'-0". The hull is a round bilge with combination centerboard/keel or fixed ballast keel. Developed for "one-off" fiberglass construction using fiberglass planking or PVC core with fiberglass laminates. For power they specify outboard motor to 10 hp in transom well or on transom bracket, inboard engine to 10 hp, gasoline or diesel, not to exceed 200 lbs. They draw a matching trailer for her. This is a big amateur project: a 26-footer with a real interior. Budget 1,500 to 2,500 hours, typically three to five years of part-time work. The medians below are what builders actually logged.
