A 25 ft 11 in trailerable cruising sloop from Glen-L Marine in one-off fiberglass, C-Flex planking or foam sandwich, with a choice of ballasted centerboard or fixed keel. Standing headroom, berths for four or five, a full galley and a concealed outboard well or a small inboard. Full-size patterns, no lofting.
This is a big amateur project: a 26-footer with a real interior. Budget 1,500 to 2,500 hours, typically three to five years of part-time work. The medians below are what builders actually logged.
