US Coast Guard 44 ft Motor Lifeboat
Kit by Dumas
The Coast Guard's 44 ft self righting motor lifeboat appeared in the 1960s with twin 180 hp diesels and a speed of about 15 knots.
Kit 1203 is the all wood version, built plank on frame with balsa strip and die cut superstructure parts. At 3/4 in to the foot it is 33 in long and can be set up for twin motor radio control.
