Model boat kit
Jenny Lee Harbor Tug
Kit by Dumas
Jenny Lee is loosely based on harbour tugs that worked in the southern United States from the early 1900s to the 1940s.
The 1:32 kit is meant as an introduction to plank on frame building, with balsa planking over poplar plywood frames, a 47 page manual and an optional radio control fit. The finished model is 24 in long.
What building a Jenny Lee Harbor Tug actually takes
Medians from the build logs kept on this site, not the designer’s estimate. Nobody has logged this boat here yet, so they are empty until the first builder does.
Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
