A ten-footer for a sailor with some racing in mind but not the whole of it. The basic rig is about 6 square metres with room to go to the class maximum of 8 on a longer mast, the cockpit is left rectangular purely to keep the build simple, and a double bottom drains through the centreboard case. One of the Diecipiedi, the Italian ten-footer development class, which fixes the length at about 3 m and caps the sail area but leaves the hull shape and the rig to the designer. That is why several boats in this catalog are within a few centimetres of each other and still sail quite differently.
A 2.93 m ten footer with moderate racing ambitions, chine hulled and stitch and glue. The internal edges finish inside sealed compartments, so the fiddly work stays hidden and the build is quick. Rigged at about 6 square metres, or up to the class maximum of 8.
