A 22 ft 8 in cruising sloop from Sam Devlin, developed from his Winter Wren with finer ends. She carries 262 sq ft in an all-inboard Bermuda rig with two reefs, a 3 ft 6 in fixed long keel and 1,050 lb of ballast. Below are a double berth forward, a settee quarter berth, galley and hanging locker with sitting headroom. A 10 hp inboard diesel or a 9.9 hp outboard serves as auxiliary.
Built stitch and glue, she is a full keelboat with a ballasted keel, a self-bailing cockpit and a fitted interior, so some earlier building experience helps. As a rule of thumb expect 1,500 to 2,000 hours. The medians below come from builders who logged this boat here.
