Banjo 20 Outboard
Designed by Sam Devlin
A 20 ft 1 in outboard pocket cruiser by Sam Devlin, 7 ft 10 in in beam and about 3,400 lb. A semi-enclosed pilothouse with opening windows shelters the helm, and the forward cabin has two berths, a small galley, a heater and a concealed toilet. Devlin quotes about 30 mph with a 115 hp outboard, or a 15 to 18 mph cruise on 60 hp. The Devlin site has also announced a boat kit for the design.
Stitch and glue throughout, this is a trailerable cabin boat with a fair amount of joinery, so it suits a builder with a smaller boat already behind them. Budget 1,000 to 1,500 hours as a rule of thumb. Real hours from logged builds are below.

Medians from the build logs kept on this site, not the designer’s estimate. Nobody has logged this boat here yet, so they are empty until the first builder does.
Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
