A 19 ft pilothouse sportfish-cruiser from Glen-L Marine, with a 20 ft 6 in option, that gives you an enclosed pilothouse with full standing headroom plus a private two-berth cabin with space for a portable head, and still a 7 ft by 6.5 ft cockpit. Wide-track chine deep-vee hull, 45 degrees at the bow and 13 at the transom, in sheet plywood over wood framing or welded aluminum. Glen-L publish a hull depth of 4 ft 7 in.
The bare hull comes out at about 1200 lb. Displacement is 3100 lb. Headroom below is 6'3". A lot of boat in 19 ft, all in conventional plywood. Budget 800 to 1,300 hours. Real hours from logged builds show below.
