Wanderlust
Designed by Glen-L Marine
A 19 ft outboard day cruiser from Glen-L Marine built around a 6 ft 2 in by 8 ft cockpit for divers and anglers, with a snug cabin sleeping two on 6 ft 6 in vee berths and room for a portable toilet. Three-eighths sheet plywood over sawn frames, about 950 lb; outboards to 150 hp or a stern-drive inboard. Often finished bright like a classic.
A rugged, light, conventional plywood build. Budget 450 to 800 hours. Real hours from logged builds are below.
What building a Wanderlust actually takes
Medians from the build logs kept on this site, not the designer’s estimate. Nobody has logged this boat here yet, so they are empty until the first builder does.
Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
