Dyno Mite
Designed by Glen-L Marine
An 11 ft 1 in stitch-and-glue deep-vee runabout from Glen-L Marine with a 12 degree vee, built-in chine flats and a self-bailing motorwell for an outboard to 25 hp. Four sheets of quarter-inch plywood plank it, about 125 lb, with full-size patterns for nearly every part including the planking.
Easy to build: duplicate the patterns, bend around a single form, stitch and glue. Allow 80 to 150 hours. Measured medians from logged builds appear below.
What building a Dyno Mite actually takes
Medians from the build logs kept on this site, not the designer’s estimate. Nobody has logged this boat here yet, so they are empty until the first builder does.
Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
