A 21 ft 3 in gaff-rigged sharpie from Glen-L Marine, a flat-bottomed, hard-chine cruising dory drawing 8 in with the board up, with camping-style accommodation for two, a well-mounted outboard to 4 hp, and about 2,500 lb of displacement including ballast. Glen-L publish a beam of 7 ft 6 in and a draft of 8 in.
She floats on a waterline of 19 ft 0 in. Sail area is Main - 130 sq ft. Displacement is 2500 lb. Headroom below is 4'-0". The hull is a flat bottom hard chine dory, developed for 3/8" sheet plywood. For power they specify outboard motor to 4 hp, 15" nominal shaft length, mounted in a well. They draw a matching trailer for her.
