A 19 ft 3 in trailerable pocket cruiser from Glen-L Marine that sleeps four, with a compact galley and head. The steel-plate centerboard and internal ballast leave the cabin free of a trunk, which is unusual at this size. Three-eighths plywood, about 600 lb, an outboard to 10 hp on a bracket, and small enough to build and store in a garage.

A committed amateur project but not a hard one: plywood over frames from full-size patterns. Budget 500 to 800 hours over one to three years. Measured medians from logged builds appear below.
