Hunky Dory

A 22 ft 10 in flat-bottomed Pacific power dory from Glen-L Marine, the kind launched straight through the surf thanks to the abruptly raised bow and wide flare. A wide-open hull to fit out with console, seating, holds or bait tanks; Glen-L sells dory cabin plans that adapt to it. Sheet plywood, well-mounted outboard standard.
