A 7 ft 8 in stitch-and-glue pram from Glen-L Marine with twin hand-cranked side paddlewheels, the grown-up version of the Ke-Pau after adults kept borrowing that one. It spins on the spot, weighs about 95 lb, and comes with full-size patterns for the paddlewheels as well as the hull.

An easy stitch-and-glue build with an entertaining mechanical stage. Budget 40 to 80 hours. Real build times from logs kept here are below.
