A 20 ft 6 in or 22 ft 4 in outboard deck boat from Glen-L Marine, a wide-open cockpit on a full-length 15 degree monohedron hull with chine flats, built for picnics, skiing and fishing, with cabinetry for a sink, stove and ice box and seats that can become berths under a canopy. Three-quarter inch plywood bottom; single or twin outboards. Glen-L publish a hull depth of 3 ft 8 in.
The bare hull comes out at about 1500 lb. They put the usual load at 8 people. Displacement is 3100 lb. For power they specify single or twin outboard motors; long or extra-long shaft for single, extra-long for twins. They draw a matching trailer for her. A roomy, conventional plywood build. Budget 600 to 1,000 hours. Real hours from logged builds show below.
