Rebel Tug

Designed by Glen-L Marine

A 19 ft 3 in high-performance tug cruiser from Glen-L Marine, tug above the waterline and a planing variable-vee hull below, with a 45 degree bow entry and 13 degree stern for ski-boat speeds on I/O or outboard. Self-bailing cockpit, bulwarked side decks, 6 ft 3 in pilothouse headroom, two berths and space for a head and galley. Sheet plywood or welded aluminum, about 3,800 lb.

Drawn for the do-it-yourselfer with full-size patterns. Budget 1,000 to 1,700 hours. Measured medians from logged builds appear below.
