A 7 ft 10 in vee-bottomed plywood pram from Glen-L Marine, drawn by Ken Hankinson, that uses the Sabot's rig and rudder with a daggerboard and is close to an El Toro in size. Two sets of plans: a standard version built upside down over temporary formers, and a stitch-and-glue version.
The standard version is Hankinson's classroom introduction to conventional boatbuilding; the stitch-and-glue one is faster still. Allow 40 to 90 hours plus rig. Full-size patterns are optional for the standard version. Medians from logged builds show below.
