A 27 ft flying-bridge cabin cruiser from Glen-L Marine that gives half the boat to outdoor living: a deep self-draining cockpit, an outdoor dining lounge that converts to a berth, and still an owner's stateroom, enclosed head with shower, dinette and galley below. Deep-vee hull cold-molded in plywood strips or veneers over sawn frames, or one-off fiberglass; stern-mounted I/O or vee-drive power.

Cold molding a 27 ft deep-vee hull is many hours of strip work. Budget 2,000 to 3,500 hours. Measured medians from logged builds appear below.
