Variant

A 29 ft flying-bridge sedan cruiser from Glen-L Marine with a modified deep-vee planing hull, double-diagonal plywood bottom and sheet plywood sides. It sleeps six, offers a sheltered cockpit or an open sportfishing one on the same plans, and takes an I/O or vee-drive inboard under the flush cockpit. Glen-L publish a hull depth of 5 ft 2 in.

The bare hull comes out at about 1800 lb. Displacement is 7637 lb. Headroom below is 6'-3" min to 6'-6". The hull is a high speed planing with full length modified deep vee. Compound bottom with bulbous section at the keel and reverse curve at the chine. Designed for double diagonal plywood planking on the bottom and sheet plywood on the sides. For power they specify inboard marine engine, gasoline or diesel with appropriate reduction gears, usually 1 1/2: 1 or 2:1. Large but conventional Glen-L construction with full-size frame patterns.
