Lion 450
Designed by Unik Yachts
The Lion 450 is the smallest boat in the Lion series from Unik Yachts of Mykolaiv, Ukraine: a 4.5 m hull, 5.9 m including the bowsprit, with a beam of 2.2 m. Announced in 2020, it pushes the series' puzzle idea further than the earlier boats, every part fitting into slots cut for it so that the boat goes together like a large construction set.
Despite the size there are two proper berths, a galley that slides out from behind a bulkhead, room for a portable toilet and lockers under the cabin seats and in the cockpit. She carries a gaff cat rig with the option of a small staysail on the bowsprit, a long keel with fixed ballast of 150 kg, and a 2 to 4 hp outboard in a cockpit well shaped to add no drag. She fits trailer limits, and is offered as a kit or as plans with CNC cutting files.

Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
