A 9.15 m (30 ft) power catamaran by Richard Woods of Woods Designs for fishing, day charter or cruising, using a hull form proven on his Skoota 28. Plywood with single curvature panels throughout except the cuddy roof. Beam 4.2 m, about 1,400 kg empty, 14 in draft, twin 40 to 60 hp outboards, five watertight compartments per hull. Deck options run from an open fishing layout to a wheelhouse, a flybridge, or a larger cuddy with cruising accommodation for two.
Woods estimates about 500 hours for each hull and 2,000 hours for the complete cuddy version, against 2,300 for his own more elaborate Skoota 28. A first-time builder might allow 2,500 to 3,500. Real hours from logged builds are below.
