A 4.63 m runabout sold as a CNC-cut plywood kit by Boatkits (Boatplans ApS, Denmark). Designed for four, it is 2.09 m in beam and about 220 kg, steady in rough water yet light enough to trail. The data table allows 25 to 90 hp, and the page recommends 40 to 90 hp for cruising or waterskiing.
A fast hull carrying this much power deserves careful workmanship, so some previous experience is useful. Boatkits quotes 80 to 90 hours for hull and structure and says finishing adds 1 to 1.5 times that again, so budget roughly 160 to 225 hours. Real hours from logged builds are below.
