A 5.2 m trailerable offshore cruiser from Mark Bowdidge of Bowdidge Marine Designs in Australia. The strip-planked composite hull carries 20 degrees of deadrise with a deep entry, a 2.36 m beam, 200 litres of fuel under the floor and a maximum of 150 hp on a 25 in leg. The designer made a properly enclosed toilet compartment a priority, alongside a sheltered helm and a roomy cabin.

At 32 sheets this is a large plan set for the length, and it comes with full-size patterns and a private strip-planking video. The cabin and fit-out add a lot of work to the hull, so persistence matters more than prior skill. The designer gives no hours; budget 1,000 to 1,600 as an estimate.
