Console Skiff

Designed by Glen-L Marine

A 15 ft 9 in stitch-and-glue center-console skiff from Glen-L Marine, an arc-bottomed hard-chine hull with a vee entry, about 350 lb, for an outboard to 40 hp. Virtually every contoured part including the planking comes as a full-size pattern with layouts that use standard sheets with almost no waste.

Fast-G stitch and glue makes this a simple first powerboat. Budget 150 to 300 hours. Glen-L sells stitch-and-glue and fiberglass kits and a build DVD for it. Real hours from logged builds show below.
