Gentry
Designed by Glen-L Marine
A 17 ft 4 in gentleman's runabout from Glen-L Marine, a modern adaptation of the 1930s mahogany runabouts with deep seats, chrome hardware, a long foredeck and a laminated outer finishing board. Cold-molded mahogany hull; inline inboard to about 350 cu in, marine or automotive.
Cold molding and a show-quality bright finish. Budget 900 to 1,600 hours. Measured medians from logged builds appear below.
What building a Gentry actually takes
Medians from the build logs kept on this site, not the designer’s estimate. Nobody has logged this boat here yet, so they are empty until the first builder does.
Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
