A 17 ft 4 in gentleman's runabout from Glen-L Marine, a modern adaptation of the 1930s mahogany runabouts with deep seats, chrome hardware, a long foredeck and a laminated outer finishing board. Cold-molded mahogany hull; inline inboard to about 350 cu in, marine or automotive. Glen-L publish a beam of 7 ft 2 in and a hull depth of 26 in.
They put the usual load at 2 or 3 people. The hull is a cold-molded plywood with longitudinal veneers. Convex vee bottom with concavity along the chine and generous flaring sides forward blending into a barrel back styled transom tumble home aft. They draw a matching trailer for her. Cold molding and a show-quality bright finish. Budget 900 to 1,600 hours. Measured medians from logged builds appear below.
