A 21 ft deep-vee ski cruiser from Glen-L Marine with fuel for a day of skiing and a vee berth for two or three for the night, a 12 degree deadrise with lift strakes, and a stern-mounted inboard on a vee drive, jet or outdrive to 1,000 lb. Sheet plywood, about 1,200 lb. Glen-L publish a beam of 7 ft 11 in and a hull depth of 31 in.
The bare hull comes out at about 1200 lb. They put the usual load at 4 people. The hull is a full length deep vee with 12 degree deadrise bottom and flaring topsides. Developed for sheet plywood planking. For power they specify inboard, stern mounted engine driving through a v-drive, jet pump, or outdrive unit. They draw a matching trailer for her. A conventional plywood build meant to take power. Budget 600 to 1,000 hours. Real hours from logged builds are below.
