A 15 ft 8 in plywood sailing catamaran from Glen-L Marine, sloop-rigged with twin daggerboards, about 270 lb. Like the smaller L Gato it planks each hull in one continuous piece of thin plywood and carries knocked down on a car roof: the cockpit tray sits on the rack and the hulls on the tray. Glen-L publish a beam of 7 ft 11 in and a draft of 29 in.
They put the usual load at 2 to 4 people. Sail area is Main - 120 sq ft. The hull is a catamaran hulls, developed for sheet plywood planking in continuous curve from keel to deck. They draw a matching trailer for her. Two easy hulls and a fair amount of rig and fitting-out. Allow 150 to 250 hours. Hardware, rigging and sail kits are sold.
