A 23 ft 2 in trailerable deep-vee express cruiser from Glen-L Marine built around an 11 ft cockpit for fishing and diving, with berths for two, a galley and space for a head forward. Sheet plywood on bulkhead construction; outboards, I/O or vee drive to 800 lb. Glen-L publish a beam of 8 ft 0 in and a hull depth of 4 ft 6 in.
The bare hull comes out at about 1200 lb. Displacement is 3900 lb. Headroom below is 4'-10". The hull is a deep vee 16o min. deadrise, hard chine developed for sheet plywood planking. They draw a matching trailer for her. Glen-L describes the bulkhead construction as sturdy yet easy for the amateur. Budget 700 to 1,200 hours. Measured medians from logged builds appear below.
