Power-Row Skiff 11.5

The smallest of Glen-L Marine's three Power-Row Skiffs, a flat-bottomed plywood skiff of about 11 ft 6 in that rows well and takes a small outboard. The plans include two bottom profiles: a rockered one for easy rowing and light motors, and a straight-run one for more speed under power. This size car-tops and fits a pickup bed, with three built-in buoyancy chambers and a dry, flared dory-style bow.
A first boat for many builders. The construction is simple sheet plywood over a few frames, with full-size patterns and no lofting, so a careful beginner with basic tools can manage it. Expect somewhere around 80 to 150 hours, which is a month or two of weekends. The medians below come from real build logs and will replace that guess as they fill in.
