Power Skiff 12
Designed by Glen-L Marine
The 12 ft version of Glen-L Marine's Power Skiff, a frameless stitch-and-glue outboard skiff built from three sheets of quarter-inch plywood and half a sheet of three-quarter, with an arc bottom aft, a convex vee entry and built-in flotation. Outboards to 15 hp, though 5 hp moves it well.
No lofting, no layouts, no jig; cut, stitch and glue. Allow 60 to 120 hours. Real hours from logged builds are below.
What building a Power Skiff 12 actually takes
Medians from the build logs kept on this site, not the designer’s estimate. Nobody has logged this boat here yet, so they are empty until the first builder does.
Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
