A 14 ft 10 in outboard runabout and ski boat from Glen-L Marine, a pocket-sized fast boat with a cowl foredeck instead of a windshield, wide transom beam for a bigger motor and anti-trip chines. Sheet plywood, about 400 lb, outboards to 80 hp.

A compact conventional plywood build with full-size patterns. Budget 200 to 350 hours. Measured medians from logged builds appear below.
