Super Spartan

Designed by Glen-L Marine

A 10 ft 2 in three-point hydroplane from Glen-L Marine, riding on two sponsons and the propeller at speed, taking bigger drivers and motors than the Tiny Titan for a lot of excitement on very little money. Sheet plywood, about 100 lb, outboards to 35 hp; smooth protected water only, helmet and life jacket always.

Construction is fast with no building form, and Glen-L calls it an excellent beginning project even for a youngster with a little help. Allow 60 to 120 hours. Measured medians from logged builds appear below.
