A 21 ft trailer yacht drawn to a competition brief for a family cruiser a home builder could put together from ordinary materials. Four berths under 1.45 m of headroom, 450 kg of ballast in a 970 kg boat, and a choice of gaff or bermudian rig at around 21 square metres.
