Coronado

Designed by Glen-L Marine

A 25 ft 8 in convertible flying-bridge cruiser from Glen-L Marine for sportfishing or family cruising: oversize vee berth, complete galley, a dinette that makes a double, enclosed head with room for a shower, bridge controls and a 9 ft self-bailing cockpit. Modern deep-vee hull in half-inch sheet plywood over sawn frames, or welded aluminum; I/O to 1,300 lb or single or twin outboards.

Glen-L says building it is neither difficult nor expensive, with full-size patterns for the seven frames. Budget 1,200 to 2,000 hours. Measured medians from logged builds appear below.
