Kingfisher 32 Troller
Designed by Sam Devlin
A 32 ft 9 in salmon troller by Sam Devlin on the same semi-displacement hull as his Kingfisher 32 Cruiser, intended for stitch and glue construction. It trades cabin for a longer working deck, with a trolling cockpit aft that has its own steering and engine controls and a head and shower compartment entered from the deck. Inside are a galley, dinette and vee berths. Beam is 10 ft 1 in, draft 38 in, and power is a 110 to 300 hp inboard diesel.
It is sold as study plans only, and the designer invites builders to contact him to develop it into a finished design. An experienced builder is assumed. As a rule of thumb, expect 4,500 to 6,500 hours. Real hours from logged builds are below.

Medians from the build logs kept on this site, not the designer’s estimate. Nobody has logged this boat here yet, so they are empty until the first builder does.
Those medians firm up as more people log this boat.
